    Guys if you have problems driving away from the helicopter, make it to the highway just drive straight all the time until you lost the heli, and than are some cop cars left that try to block the road. it is impossible cause you can ram them. when cop meter goes down, just drive to the end of the mission. some people managed to hide in buildings or parking lots, that works to. confirmed!

Es werden Geschwindigkeiten von über 190 km/h erreicht und der Film zeigt Szenen aus dem kommenden Rennspiel-Blockbuster FORZA MOTORSPORT 5.

    Fans begleiten Tanner Foust, wenn er sich hinter das Steuer eines der schnellsten Superautos der Welt, den McLaren 12C setzt. Die Carbonfaser-Karosse des 300,000 Dollar-Autos wurde mit einer umfangreichen, schweren Ausrüstung ausgestattet, um eine Hollywood-reife, extra entworfene Kamera-Vorrichtung zu ermöglichen. Das aufwendige Vorhaben wurde mit dem einzigen Ziel durchgeführt, den schnellsten Zoetropen festzuhalten. Regie geführt bei dem Projekt hat der anerkannte Automotive Director und Rally Champion Jeff Zwart. Monatelange Vorbereitung und Recherche gingen der Produktion voraus.

     

    Zoetrope wird im Volksmund auch Wundertrommel genannt. Das einfache Gerät, welches statische Bilder dreht, um so bewegte Bilder zu erzeugen, wurde im Jahr 1834 von William Horner erfunden. Kleine Illustrationen werden in regelmäßigen Abständen am Boden einer offenen Trommel platziert. Wenn diese dann gedreht werden, erzeugen die statischen Bilder eine Illusion von Bewegung. Je schneller gedreht wird, desto flüssiger die Animation. Heutzutage können Filmemacher viel fortschrittlichere Technologien einsetzen, aber das grundlegende Konzept vom Zoetrop zieht sich durch.

    Hunderte von Aluminium-Platten, jeweils mit einer einzelnen Szene, welche direkt aus FORZA MOTORSPORT 5 entnommen wurde, wurden mit einem Abstand von exakt 15,24 cm (6 Zoll) entlang einer Rennstrecke in Birmingham, Alabama platziert. Der von Foust gesteuerte McLaren 12C hat exakt kontrollierte Geschwindigkeiten von bis zu 193 km/h erreicht, um die Bilder festzuhalten. Alles, um ein technisches Wunder zu kreieren und die Präzision und adrenalingeladene Action von FORZA MOTORSPORT 5 zu verkörpern.

     

     

    Mit FORZA MOTORSPORT 5 erscheint eine filmreife Rennsimulation mit den beliebtesten Fahrzeugen und Strecken. FORZA MOTORSPORT 5 wurde speziell für Xbox One entwickelt und nutzt die starke Leistung der Cloud. Der Titel kann bei teilnehmenden Händlern vorbestellt werden und wird am 22. Apple has described iOS 7 as „the mobile OS from a whole new perspective„, and in all honesty, it is extremely difficult to argue with that description of what they have brought to the table. The firmware carries an all-new design, multiple new features and a plethora of new tools and frameworks for developers to dig into to create their apps. iOS is the foundation of the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch and it’s available to download now for users everywhere around the globe.

    Apple’s iOS 6 has undoubtedly served us well over the last 12 months. After a relatively rocky start amid the Maps controversy, it has managed to claw its way into our affections thanks to a number of bug fixing updates and has managed to prove extremely stable ever since. Still, everything has a shelf life, and when Scott Forstall parted from Apple, it signaled the end of his reign over the design and implementation of iOS. Jony Ive’s vision of iOS is definitely polarizing, but it represents a new beginning for Apple’s mobile OS.

    The firmware update will be available to all users with a compatible iOS device. iPhone owners using an iPhone 4, 4s or 5 will be able to grab hold of the new firmware for their devices, although some restrictions do apply to the iPhone 4 and 4s in terms of features. Owners of the second-generation iPad and above can also go through an OTA or iTunes download route with the same restrictions on older, less powerful tablets. The only iPod touch that is currently supported is the fifth-generation model.

    Researchers Develop World’s Thinnest Glass By Accident

    Researchers at Cornell University and Germany’s University of Ulm discovered the world’s thinnest sheet of glass by accident while attempting to manufacture graphene. That’s right, the researchers noticed „what they called ‚muck‘ on the substance they were attempting to create, so they took a closer look.“

    That look revealed something that wasn’t supposed to be there, something that had never before existed (at least, not to our knowledge). But thanks to a small air leak in their equipment, there was glass – glass that’s two atoms thick, making it the thinnest glass known to man.

    In 1932 a physicist named William Houlder attempted to map out the arrangement of glass molecules, and though he came close, he never managed to pull it off. Yet this laboratory accident has allowed researchers to produce the exact arrangement of the atoms in glass via electron microscopy.

    They called the video series ‚A fly on the wall in Cupertino‘, and poked fun at Apple’s design process for the iPhone 5s and 5c, showing satirical Apple product review meetings where two „employees“ attempt to pitch various features of the new phones to actors intended to resemble Apple CEO Tim Cook and Senior Vice President of Design Jony Ive…

    Their list of pretentious colours, including ‚vermillion‘, ‚chartreuse‘, and ‚robins egg‘, is a dig at the new range of multi-coloured iPhones – and Apple’s notoriously ‚trendy‘ image.

    Colours aside, they took aim at every element of the controversial new design, including the fingerprint reader and megapixel camera.

    At one point, the actress hands a piece of A4 paper to ‚T‘ (Tim Cook): ‚Feel how light that is. You know how we did that? Megapixels – got them down to eight.‘

    Picking apart Mr Cook’s speech at the launch on Wednesday, the actors make fun of phrases such as ‚the gold standard‘ and ‚unapologetically plastic‘.

    One video went viral before Microsoft managed to delete it.

    It opens with one of the colour-coordinated ‚ideas people‘ poking fun at the iWatch, which is still yet to hit the market after numerous mentions.

    The actor says: ‚Sorry we’re late. My iWatch had to go back to R&D [research and development].‘

    He proceeds to suggest random colours, with a flourish of his wrist, for the CEO to think about – while his colleague ‚translates‘ them into layman’s terms:

    ‚Vermillion, do you feel me?‘ ‚Pink.‘

    ‚Chartreuse‘ ‚Green.‘

    ‚Robin’s egg blue‘ ‚Blue.‘

    The actress also translates ‚yeah bro‘ to ‚yes‘, and ’nah brah‘ to ’no‘.

    He continues to mock how the model falls short of its description: ‚You asked us to make the gold standard of iPhone. It turns out that is super hard.

    ‚We made you an iPhone which is the colour gold‘.

     

    The videos end showing a ‚#timetoswtich‘ hashtag.

    So yes, Microsoft has since pulled off the videos from YouTube, releasing the following statement:

    „The video was intended to be a light-hearted poke at our friends from Cupertino. But it was off the mark, and we’ve decided to pull it down.“

    We feel a bit silly for worrying about PlayStation 4 launch game DriveClub now. Runcorn-based developer Evolution Studios has once again done what it does best, and polished the racer to a remarkable degree on the home straight ahead of release. As a result, we’re not especially surprised by the gorgeous gameplay footage embedded below.

    There are a few glitches, but as community manager Jamie Brayshaw explained on the PlayStation Blog, the title’s improving by the day. “While there are lots of impressive details on show, you may also spot some things that we’re still working on – like improving the anti-aliasing for certain assets and making sure that nothing pops in to view,” he said.

     

    The day-to-night transition which this raw capture showcases is sped up for demonstrative purposes, but you’ll be able to set those parameters for yourself. You’ll also be able to tweak cloud cover, fog density, and more. Oh, and as for the track, it’s based in Chile. That’s not a bad backdrop for a late evening drive, huh?

    You read that right, researchers in Spain have developed a „Terminator polymer“, or one that is able to heal itself when torn apart and then put back togehter. Technically speaking, it’s a „permanently cross-linked poly(urea-urethane) elastomeric network.“

    The science behind the scenes is a little complex and specific for the layman, but the results however, are easy to see. In just two hours of sitting around, the plastic can meld itself back together and recover 97 percent of a fully-severed connection.

    No catalyst required. This is definitely Terminator-esque, but the practical uses for something like this are a little less murder-y, like more durable plastic components in cars, gadgets, and whathaveyou.

    It’s finally official, NASA’s Voyager 1 has left the solar system and entered interstellar space. Approximately 36-years after it was launched from Earth on a tour of the outer planets, the plutonium-powered probe is more than 11 1/2 billion miles from the sun, cruising through what scientists call interstellar space – the vast, cold emptiness between the stars, NASA said.

     

     

    Voyager 1 will now study exotic particles and other phenomena in a never-before-explored part of the universe and radio the data back to Earth, where the Voyager team awaits the starship’s discoveries.

    The interstellar ambassador also carries a gold-plated disc containing multicultural greetings, songs and photos, just in case it bumps into an intelligent species.

    Yesterday, we were informing our Maxconsole readers about a possible Final Fantasy Agito/Type-0 for iOS and Android.

    Today, we can confirm that it is real as Square Enix has revealed more details alongside with a trailer of it.

    The game will be free to play with microtransactions and is expected to release this Winter.

    According to Gematsu:

    Square Enix announced Final Fantasy Agito, a mobile adaption to Final Fantasy Type-0 in this week’s issue of Famitsu.

    • You can make and edit your own cadet character.

    • The graphics are even prettier than the PSP version.

    • The system is unclear, however Moogles are connected.

    • You can handle missions using time recovering “action power.”

    • The story will change depending on votes.

    • It’ll have a high speed battle system, maybe with commands?

    • Also in this system, getting along well with certain cadets will make them watch out for you in battle.

    Should the Mars One project become a reality, the team will have to narrow down the number of candidates to just 24-40 from the 200,000+ applicants.

    The £4,000,000,000 project was founded in 2010 by engineer Bas Lansdorp, who plans to recoup its costs by selling the broadcasting rights to the mission. The Dutch group wants to launch a supply mission that will land on Mars as soon as October 2016, followed by a ’settlement rover‘ in 2018.

    They added that landing systems will be tested eight times before they are used to transport humans – a move that Mars One said will make the trips ‚much safer than moon missions‘. The second round will include an interview with Mars One committee members, and candidates advancing to the third round will compete against one another.

    The third round will include a series of challenges to prepare candidates for the potential mission and will be broadcast on television and online.

    The group said it aims to have a human settlement on Mars within a decade. Journey time to Mars, which is approximately 40 million miles away depending on its position in orbit, would be around 200 days.

    Always wanted to created real 3D models from flat 2D pictures? If so, then „3 Sweep“ is just for you. Users will not only be able to „just extract them, but then manipulate them, transform them, copy them, and move them around the image.“

    You get the feeling that this is still in its early developmental stages, so there are some visible limitations. But in terms of what it’s capable already, we’ve never seen anything like it.

    If Adobe doesn’t have their eye on these guys, they’re making a big mistake.
