Hey everyone, Pip from publishing label No More Robots here! I’m super excited to announce that Yes, Your Grace will be coming to Xbox One on June 26!
From the wonderful Brave at Night, Yes, Your Grace is a narrative adventure that sits you on the throne of King Eryk of Davern, a family man with a crumbling kingdom and an army at his doorstep. Every day, your people will come to you asking for help and advice, and it’ll be up to you to work out who truly deserves your limited supplies and gold. Just remember, not everyone will have the kingdom’s best interests at heart!
Davern is a magical kingdom heavily inspired by Slavic myth and legend, and it is yours to rule, if you can. Your people will ask for your help with their various problems, from monsters attacking villages to a lack of places to relax and enjoy themselves. Some will bring humor to your throne room and some will present you with difficult choices. As King, you will have to support them however you can.
You will face lords with a variety of personalities, and you’ll need their support in order to win the upcoming battles, but you’ll have to be careful – each lord has their own story, and each will test what kind of place you want Davern to be.
One thing is clear: It won’t be easy to keep everyone happy. With only limited resources and possible allies, how will you protect your people?
Protect Your Family
As a King with a wife and three boisterous daughters to protect, you’ll need to make careful decisions to secure their future and bring some peace to your throne room as they fight, take up dangerous hobbies and adopt small bears and hedgehogs as pets! Balancing your family and the Kingdom will be tough, but the consequences of abandoning them would be… unthinkable.
There’s also your lack of a son to worry about – three daughters is definitely not what King Eryk was hoping for! Thankfully, in this world rituals and magics can remedy that, but at what cost?
Follow King Eryk’s story and see if you can save Davern and its people in Yes, Your Grace on Xbox One on June 26.
Yes, Your Grace
