    Eine ausgezeichnete Gaming-Saison für PlayStation liegt hinter uns und die nächsten spaßgeladenen Spieletitel stehen bereits in den Startlöchern. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, einige demnächst erscheinende Indie-Titel von Team 17 anzuspielen. Hier sind die Spiele, die ihr euch für unerträglich heiße Sommertage vormerken solltet:

    Moving Out 2

    Wenn euch der Sinn nach spaßigem Couch-Koop oder einem Online-Spiel zum Abschalten steht, dann ist Moving Out 2 ein Muss. Die Teams von Devm Games und SMG Studio haben die Spielinhalte im Vergleich zum ersten Teil verdoppelt und dabei neue Spielmechaniken hinzugefügt, so könnt ihr nun Möbel und Objekte ordnen, die nicht durch bestimmte Türen passen (Das haben wir doch alle durch, oder?). Zudem gibt es versteckte Gegenstände, die ein Aufgebot an vielfältigen Charakteren freischalten, die für verschiedene Ethnien, Geschlechter und Barrierefreiheit stehen. Die größte Verbesserung stellen die abgefahrenen Dimensionen dar, die ihr bereisen könnt und die unterschiedliche Regeln hinsichtlich der Fortbewegung aufstellen. Ganz gleich, ob in hin- und herschwankenden Zimmern eines Hotels, das von einem Riesen in die Höhe gestemmt wird, oder in heiklen, klebrigen Situationen, die sich in der Süßigkeitendimension auftun: Die adaptiven Trigger des DualSense Wireless-Controllers für PS5 reagieren stets auf dieselbe Weise und verleihen dem Spielerlebnis so den nötigen Realismus der echten Welt, wenn man etwa einen Gegenstand zusammen mit einem Freund bewegen möchte, welcher der Ansicht ist, man müsse ihn doch nur ein wenig mehr drehen.

    Blasphemous 2

    Blasphemous 2, ein weiterer starker Fortsetzungstitel, ist ein herausforderndes Metroidvania, das an die Ereignisse von Wounds of Eventide anknüpft. Die Entwickler von The Game Kitchen haben einen wunderschönen, wie von Hand gezeichneten Grafikstil geschaffen, der dem stoischen Protagonisten Persönlichkeit verleiht. So gnadenlos und schwer die Kämpfe auch sein können, das haptische Feedback und die adaptiven Trigger machen diesen Umstand wieder wett, indem sie den Adrenalinrausch des Kampfes realistisch wiedergeben. So könnt ihr etwa die Angriffe von Bossgegnern, den Rückstoß nach abgewehrten Treffern sowie die Ausholbewegung eurer Waffe spüren, was sich je nach zu Spielbeginn ausgewählter Waffe anders anfühlt. Wenn ihr eure Reflexe in einer finsteren und zugleich wunderschönen Welt auf die Probe stellen möchtet, werdet ihr mit fesselnden, sich echt anfühlenden Kämpfen belohnt.

    Gord

    Gord ist ein interessanter Genre-Mix aus der Feder von Covenant.dev, ehemaliger „Frostpunk“- und „The Witcher 3“-Entwickler, die slawische Folklore einem breiteren Publikum zugänglich macht. Im Kern handelt es sich bei dem Titel um eine Stadtbausimulation, in der es Bevölkerungen zu verwalten gilt und die Überlebensmechaniken umfasst. Das Spiel mag trostlos anmuten und ist nichts für schwache Nerven, doch die Irrungen und Wirrungen, die ihr durchstehen müsst, um euer Dorf am Leben zu halten, werden euch an den Bildschirm fesseln. Dabei handelt ihr Abkommen mit Monstern aus, die sich in der Dunkelheit verstecken, und beauftragt Leute mit gefährlichen Aufträgen zum Wohle der Allgemeinheit. Darüber hinaus müsst ihr euch mit dem emotionalen, durch eure Aktionen hervorgerufenen Trauma der Dorfbewohner auseinandersetzen und äußere Kräfte in Schach halten – heikle Fallstricke, über die ihr nicht stolpern solltet. Doch der Anreiz, alles am Laufen sowie eure Bevökerung am Leben zu halten, machen dieses Spiel zu einem unerwartet emotionalen Abenteuer.

    Classified: France ’44 beleuchtet die eher unbekannte Geschichte der Spezialeinsatzkräfte der Alliierten, die wenige Wochen vor dem D-Day mit der Mission betraut wurden, den Feind zu schwächen. Der Titel stellt eine Weiterentwicklung des modernen Taktikgenres dar und stammt vom Entwicklerstudio Absolutely Games. Kein Spieldurchlauf gleicht dem anderen, da die Mission, auf die ihr zugreifen könnt, von den Personen, die ihr rekrutiert, den erlernten Fähigkeiten sowie dem Ausgang jedes Auftrags abhängt. Neben den endlosen Möglichkeiten hinsichtlich des Storyfortschritts gleicht das Gameplay einer langwierigen Schachpartie, in der es gilt, die Motivation der Truppe, Waffen, den Zeitpunkt des Nachladens, die Positionierung von Soldaten sowie Fähigkeiten zu verwalten. Wechselnde Missionsziele, Verstärkungen auf Seiten des Feindes sowie eure Fähigkeit, unentdeckt zu bleiben, tragen zu den Unwägbarkeiten des Kriegs bei und wirken sich auf die Strategie aus, die ihr wählen müsst, um den Problemen Herr zu werden.
