    Welcome to the crew, PlayStation! At long last, we have a release date. On December 14, Among Us will be launching on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Traverse through space and attempt to hold your spaceship together alongside your other crewmates, but beware – there could be Impostors on board. Or maybe… you’re the Impostor?! There’s only one way to find out.

    The PlayStation release of Among Us comes with all of the previous content, a slew of new updates, and an exclusive Ratchet & Clank cosmetic in the future. Let’s talk about it!

    Find the liars – or be one

    Your crew’s success depends on your social deduction abilities. Think you know who the Impostors are? Can you find them before they murder you? Or maybe you’ll be wrongly ejected. Out in space no one can save you – good luck finding out the truth.

    Crossplay

    Have friends on other devices? No worries. The PlayStation version of Among Us allows for crossplay so everyone can play together. 4-15 player lobbies are supported with online multiplayer.

    PlayStation-Fans, endlich seid auch ihr Teil der Crew! Was länge währt, wird endlich gut: Wir haben einen Release-Termin! Among Us bricht am 14. Dezember auch auf PS4 und PS5 zu den Sternen auf. Bereist das Weltall und gebt alles, euer Raumschiff zusammen mit den anderen Crew-Mitgliedern vor dem Untergang zu bewahren, aber gebt Acht, an Bord könnten sich auch Hochstapler befinden. Oder womöglich … gehört ihr ja zu den Hochstaplern?! Es gibt nur einen Weg, das herauszufinden!

    Die PlayStation-Version von Among Us enthält alle bereits veröffentlichten Inhalte, einige neue Updates und einen exklusiven „Ratchet & Clank“-Skin, der später verfügbar sein wird. Werfen wir doch einen genaueren Blick darauf!

    Entlarvt die Lügner – oder mischt euch unter sie

    Der Erfolg eurer Crew hängt davon ab, wie gut ihr Menschen lesen und Hinweise interpretieren könnt. Ihr denkt, ihr wisst, wer die Hochstapler sind? Könnt ihr sie aufspüren, bevor sie euch umbringen? Vielleicht werdet ihr auch fälschlicherweise aus der nächsten Luftschleuse ins All geschleudert. Im Weltall kann euch niemand retten – viel Glück dabei, die Wahrheit herauszufinden.

    Crossplay

    Habt ihr Freunde auf anderen Geräten? Keine Sorge. Die PlayStation-Version von Among Us ist mit Crossplay ausgestattet, damit ihr alle zusammen spielen könnt. Im Online-Multiplayer werden Lobbys mit 4 bis 15 Spielern unterstützt.

    Mehr Infos habe ich aktuell leider nicht für euch. Vielen Dank, wenn ihr bis hierhin gelesen habt. Aber jetzt ganz im Ernst: Das gesamte Team von Innersloth möchte sich bei euch allen für eure Unterstützung bedanken – egal, ob ihr das Spiel schon vor vielen Jahren gekauft habt oder gerade erst darüber nachdenkt. Wir sind jedenfalls froh, dass ihr hinter uns steht. Vor einem Jahr bestand unser Team noch aus drei Leuten und unser Spiel hat durch Zufall zu jede Menge Aufmerksamkeit erlangt, aber wir könnten nicht dankbarer sein.

    Grab your crew – Among Us drops on PS4 and PS5 this year

    Think you can trust your friends? Think again!  Our social deception game, Among Us, is coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 later this year. Hop aboard the spaceship with 4-10 players via online play and get to work. Just don’t forget there may be one or more impostors on board ready to sabotage your work and take a deadly swipe at you.

    Among Us originally launched as a teeny, local, mobile only game, and we’re so blown away by how far it’s come. Now we’re even more excited to say it’ll be coming to PlayStation! Wahhh?! We can’t wait for even more people to join our space crew… and potentially eject some of them. With all four maps available to play – from the Skeld to the Airship – it’s going to be a chaotically fun time together.

    Our game was partially based off a game one of our cofounders, Marcus, used to play as a kid where you’d draw role cards and roam a house aimlessly while another person secretly “killed” players by drawing a finger across their neck. He especially loved the idea of someone trying to blend in with everyone. That core idea is still present in Among Us, but we wanted to alleviate the need for an interesting house layout and boring wandering, so we made it space themed and added tasks. The game underwent a ton of design changes to get it to where it’s at, and we’re happy it has resonated with so many of you.

    There is a lot we could say about Among Us, but truly the best part has been seeing the community gather around our indie title. From doodles to entire live action movies and countless streams, we’ve seen a lot of love pouring out for our little space beans. Thank you. We hope we can continue giving back that same energy! There are lots of updates we have planned for Among Us, and we can’t wait to take our PlayStation community along for the ride.
