Temperatures in Chicago barely peaked above zero for the first time in 37-hours on Tuesday afternoon, and for now, it appears that relief is finally within sight for the Windy City. The freezing polar vortex, known as „ChiBeria“ in the city, will soon be a thing of the past. Thankfully, there are still some stunning images to show just how surreal things looked from above and below.
