Für diese PS4 Games brauchen wir ein PlayStation 5-Remaster

„Horizon Forbidden West“ von Guerilla Games, „Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart“ von Insomniac Games, „Godfall“ von Counterplay Games, Polyphony Digitals „Gran Turismo 7“ oder das PS5-Remake von „Demon’s Souls“ gehören definitiv zu den bereits angekündigten Blockbustern, die wir sofort auf der PlayStation 5 zocken werden. Und hätten wir ein paar Dutzend Wünsche frei, dann fallen uns eine ganze Reihe Games ein, die wir gerne als Remake oder Remaster auf der mächtigen neuen PlayStation-Konsole spielen würden. Die Auswahl ist enorm und in unserer Wunschliste konzentrieren wir uns auf alleine auf PS4-Titel, obwohl wir wirklich nichts gegen ein hochglanzpoliertes „Dino Crisis“ oder „Syphon Filter“ einzuwenden hätten. Welches Spiel aus der PS4-Ära würdet ihr gerne als Remaster / Remake auf der PS5 sehen? Wir haben da mal ein paar Vorschläge für euch.

The Talos Principle

Am besten beschreibt man das ungewöhnliche Erlebnis in The Talos Principle als philosophisches Rätselspiel aus der First-Person-Perspektive. Das klingt jetzt allerdings viel nüchterner, als sich das ganz schön fordernde Game der kroatischen Entwickler von Croteam bereits 2015 auf der PS4 präsentiert hat. Die „Serious Sam“-Macher stecken euch in die Rolle eines namenlosen Androiden, der ein Bewusstsein erlangt und durch die Ruinen einer verlassenen Welt wandert. Die Stimme des mysteriösen Elohim (übrigens das hebräische Wort für Gott) erklärt, dass ihr euch in einer von ihm geschaffenen Simulation befindet und ihr nun Rätsel lösen sollt, damit ihr letztendlich erleuchtet werdet. Auch wenn ihr nicht bibelfest oder in diversen Sagen und psychologischen Theorien bewandert seid, werdet ihr garantiert von den nachdenklich stimmenden Sinnfragen in den Bann gezogen. Die angebotene spielerische Abwechslung in Form von über 100, teils extrem fordernden, Rätseln wird euch eine ganze Zeit beschäftigen und ihr werdet keine Minute im Spiel bereuen.

NieR: Automata

In der apokalyptische Welt von NieR: Automata stürzt ihr euch im Jahr 11941 (!) mit den Androiden 2B und 9S in den Kampf gegen eine Armee von Roboter-Invasoren. Diese haben vor langer Zeit die Erde angegriffen und die Menschen gezwungen auf den Mond zu fliehen. Aber so leicht gibt die Menschheit nicht auf: Von einer Basis auf dem Erdtrabanten werden Kampfandroiden entsendet, die den Alien-Aggressoren Paroli bieten und Stück für Stück den blauen Planeten zurück erobern sollen. Die spannende Story hat dabei mehr Wendungen und schockierende Momente zu bieten, als eine ganze Staffel „Twin Peaks“ und wird euch einige Male ganz schön überraschen. Von den unterschiedlichen Enden und deren Bedeutung wollen wir gar nicht erst anfangen, das erlebt ihr besser selber. Das gegenüber dem Vorgänger „NieR“ kräftig überarbeitete Kampfsystem des Rollenspiels fühlt sich extrem flüssig an und die Kombinationen aus Nahkampfattacken, Fernangriffen und blitzschnellen Ausweichmanövern geht mit ein wenig Übung flott und vor allem vernichtend effektiv von der Hand. Kein Wunder, haben mit Platinum Games doch die Macher von „Bayonetta“ und „Vanquish“ für die Umsetzung der Bildschirmaction gesorgt. Da würden wir gerne noch mal mit 2B antreten und auf der PlayStation 5 die offenen Spielwelt bereisen.

Titanfall 2

Riesige Mechs, Boden-Ballereien, Daueraction und eine starke Sci-Fi-Story:Titanfall 2 hat alles zu bieten, was einen guten Shooter ausmacht. Ende 2016 auf der PS4 veröffentlicht hat uns der Nachfolger von „Titanfall“ mit einer spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Kampagne beeindruckt. Als einfacher Infanterist Jack Cooper landet ihr als Mitglied der Frontier Miliz auf dem Planeten Typhon in einen Hinterhalt der feindlichen Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation und überlebt gerade so das Gemetzel. In letzter Sekunde könnt ihr die Steuerung eines mächtigen Titanen der Vanguard-Klasse übernehmen und euch vor dem sicheren Tod retten. Der Rest ist extrem gut inszeniertes Schlachtgetümmel mit einem beeindruckenden Waffenarsenal und einem Mech-Titanen, den ihr am Ende richtig ins Herz geschlossen habt. Wir verstehen ja, dass die Entwickler von Respawn Entertainment mit ihrem Dauerbrenner Apex Legends und dem starken Ausflug in das Star Wars-Universum in „Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order“ alle Hände voll zu tun haben. Aber bei einem Remake oder Remaster von „Titanfall 2“ würden wir sofort zugreifen und gegen eine Fortsetzung hätten wir auch nichts einzuwenden.

Persona 4 Golden
Keine Regel ohne Ausnahme: Eigentlich wollten wir in dieser Liste nur PS4-Spiele behandeln. Aber im Gegensatz zu Persona 5 Royal ist das fantastische „Persona 4 Golden” aus der Megami-Tensei-Reihe bislang nur für die PS Vita erschienen. Ein Release auf der PS4 war der gelungenen Mischung aus virtueller Teilnahme am japanschem Schulbetrieb, Ren’ai-Simulation und Rollenspiel-Action bislang nicht vergönnt. Das ist Schade, denn nicht nur eingefleischte Fans der Erfolgs-Serie dürften sich über die erheblich erweiterte Version von „Persona 4“ mit neuen Charakteren, frischen Aufgaben und Story-Erweiterung garantiert freuen. Also, wir würden sehr gerne auf der PS5 die nächsten 100+ Stunden verbringen und in der japanischen Kleinstadt Inaba den Schulalltag meistern, (Liebes)Beziehungen aufbauen, Nebenjobs annehmen und natürlich einen mysteriösen Mörder jagen.

Monster Hunter World

In Monster Hunter World sollt ihr euch als Großwildjäger einen Namen machen, in dem ihr in der sogenannten „Neuen Welt“ gefährliche Exemplare der fremdartigen Tierwelt auf euren Ausflügen erlegt. Die Überbleibsel, zum Beispiel Knochen, Fell, Schuppen etc., verarbeitet ihr zu neuen Waffen und Ausrüstungen und geht dann kräftig aufgerüstet die nächste Evolutionsstufe der umherstreunenden Monster an. Zwischen den taktisch geprägten Jagdausflügen wird in Dörfern und Camps mit den Einwohnern geredet, neue Aufträge werden angenommen und dann alleine oder auch gleich online mit einem ganzen Clan Mitjäger aus aller Welt auf die gefährliche Pirsch gegangen. Die japanische Blockbuster-Serie ist seit dem ersten Teil, der bereits 2004 auf der PlayStation 2 debütierte, ein riesiger Erfolg und die herausfordernde Hatz auf die teils haushohen Monster macht einfach richtig viel Spaß. Mit der Erweiterung „Iceborne“ ist der vorerst wohl letzte große Inhaltsnachschub für das geniale Game erschienen, also der perfekte Zeitpunkt für ein PS5-Remaster. Gegen eine neuen Teil hätten wir aber natürlich auch nichts einzuwenden.

Diablo III

Wir können gar nicht mehr nachhalten, wie viel Zeit wir in Neu-Tristam und der gesamten Fantasy-Welt von Diablo III mit Monster-Schnetzeln verbracht haben. Unser Liebling ist dabei der Totenbeschwörer, aber ihr habt ja mehr als genug Auswahl an Klassen und Fertigkeiten, um euch euren eigenen Metzel-Helden in dem Ausnahme-Hack and Slay zu basteln. Wann endlich der Nachfolger von Blizzards Action-Rollenspiel erscheint, das steht noch in den Sternen. So lange würden wir wirklich die Zeit nutzen und gerne eine rundum für die PS5 optimierte Version spielen. Wir fangen auch noch mal mit Akt 1 an, untersuchen einen vom Himmel gefallen Stern, kämpfen gegen König Leoric oder die Hexe Magda und sammeln dabei Loot ohne Ende.

Diablo 3: Storm of Light will be the next novel for Diablo 3, and it will be available in 2014 available from publisher Simon and Schuster. This is what Blizzard Entertainment has announced today.

The High Heavens are healing after the fall of the Prime Evil. The Angiris Council has recovered the Black Soulstone and now stands vigil over the cursed artifact deep within the glimmering Silver City.

Amid these momentous events, Tyrael struggles with his position as the new Aspect of Wisdom, feeling out of place as a mortal among his angelic brethren and doubting his ability to fully embody his role. As he searches within himself and the Heavens for reassurance, he senses the Black Soulstone’s grim influence on his home.
