PlayStation 4 won’t support custom wallpapers

First, PlayStation 4 will NOT support custom wallpapers or customized themes.

When asked by PlayStation fans whether you could use a custom picture as your UI background, Sony Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida simply responded “no” on Twitter.

Also, Yoshida confirmed that games will automatically cache data, “not install,” when you begin playing them:
