Alright, so here’s a look at my gameplay session in what looks like a super cool Japanese drifting game.
Tricking Out My Ride
First thing I did was head to the paint shop with my classic Toyota AE86. The customization is really detailed! I played around with a bunch of different paint jobs, like a bright blue and a deep red, but in the end, I decided to keep the classic white look and just add a slick carbon-fiber hood.
After that, I spent a ton of time messing with the underglow. You can pick all sorts of wild RGB lighting patterns, from a flowing rainbow to a strobing lightning effect. I got the car looking just right with some cool, colorful lights underneath.
Hitting the Streets
Once I was done in the garage, I took the AE86 out for a spin at night. I started by just tearing it up in a parking lot, getting a feel for the drifting and racking up some points.
Then I hit the open road, drifting through a small Japanese town full of neon signs, past a lakeside resort, and up some awesome winding mountain roads. The driving felt really fun and I was just enjoying the freedom of exploring the map.
The Great Sushi Delivery Failure
Later, I decided to try a „Sushi Delivery“ side mission. The goal was simple: get the sushi delivered fast and in one piece. The game even gives you a „Sushi condition“ meter.
Well… I got a little too carried away. After a few collisions and a detour through some bushes, the sushi was completely destroyed. Needless to say, I failed the mission, big time!
